Is there a sensible way to love?

Let’s talk about love again. After all the questions in the first post, maybe now we can try to give some answers. Or talk a little bit about the so called “beginning” – when everything is so beautiful and overwhelming.

Nothing can compare with the way we feel when we fall in love. It is such an amazing and ineffable feeling. How is it possible people to write articles about “what should we do when we are in love”? Noone can tell you how to feel or what to do when you love somebody. That is why people say love is blind, because you do not think, you simply do everything for that person. You don’t care if he is rich, smart, beautiful or good in other people’s eyes, you just love him, because he is the one. You want to wake up next to him every morning, to hold his arm, to see him smiling, to be happy. And you expect the same – you want to be loved that much, you want to be given every minute of his life, you wish he misses you that much…But people love differently. We have to understand – it is not the other person’s fault that we raised him so much in our eyes that he turned into a God. If you love with all your heart and do everything possible to satisfy that person, you can not expect he will do the same for you. Love can hurt…a lot and it can hurt more than anything in the world. But all these thrills in your stomach, the feeling that you can fly and the smile on your face that will last all day long are worth the pain. We should not give up when somebody betrays our love, we have to go on and look for the true, mad, deep love. 

Love and happiness are so much related. Or at least we all think we are so happy when we like somebody and we get love back from him. Every gesture matters, every moment is precious. I guess that is why someone…somewhere said:

You will never know true happiness
until you have truly loved,
and you will never understand
what pain really is
until you have lost it.
