Because I love Mondays so much (hahah total lie) I’ve decided to start this week a new series of posts on cute outfits. I know the feeling of waking every day with the question: “What should I wear today?” I usually try to answer it the night before, but not every time is easy and when I leave it for the morning, the normal result is “late for work”… So I’ve decided to make a series of posts matching couple of cute outfits for every day during the week. And of course starting with Monday today. Next week will get some ideas for Tuesday looks.
I suspect most of us need to go to work at least 5 times a week? So the first cute outfit will be the working look. Yes – it is possible to dress cute for the office and absolutely unnecessary to wear boring clothes, making you look like an old lady. Unless your dress code is strictly business, I promise you – nobody will send you home to change. Normally on Modays I am really not in a “working mood”, still having sweet memories from the weekend, so I don’t feel like dressing fancy or matching clothes or putting too many efforts. That’s why my usual “Monday cute outfit” is pants + shirt. I like wearing white for work – much better than black or any other dark color. Plus it will lighten your day and you will smile more! And because shirt + pants sounds almost boring (unless the pants are really fancy ones, but I would save those for Thursday) let’s make the outfit cute by choosing some hot heels and nice fashion accessories. No matter how simple you are dressed, there is always this little finishing touch that can make you feel special and look fabulous. It can be anything – from a beautiful top to a fancy pair of sunglasses. So don’t forget your favorite finishing touch every morning!
If you like any of the pieces from the Monday cute outfit for work let me just assure you – they are all very trendy and affordable, so just click on the picture and it will take you to the right place!
The second look is for after work – casual and chic, just perfect for Monday night. We usually try to have something organized for the first night of the week – it just goes faster this way plus good friends’ talk always makes you feel better. Normally it’s not something special – just dinner with a friend we invited over or going to a small casual restaurant in the neighborhood. My choice for a cute outfit for Monday after work would be that bubble skirt from Wet Seal costing $15. And because the skirt is really short and I want to avoid the “too skimpy” effect, I would put a simple black polo shirt for just $8.99 from Target junior’s section. The perfect match of Nine West sandals is $41 priced down from $78. And of course – lots of accessories is a must have for such a cute outfit!
I would love to hear what do you think of my series of posts on outfit ideas for every day of the week and how do you like the Monday’s cute suggestions???
